1. Scope of Services

Moyo Nuru Healing offers wellness bodywork and massage treatments intended solely for relaxation, well-being, and body awareness.

All services are non-therapeutic, non-medical, and non-sexual.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or paramedical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Nature of Treatments

The treatments provided are designed to support relaxation, grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness.

They are strictly professional and respectful.
Any inappropriate behavior, request, or sexual connotation will result in the immediate termination of the session, without refund.

3. Client Eligibility & Health Information

Clients are required to:

  • provide accurate and complete information regarding their physical and mental health,

  • disclose any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, treatment, or contraindication,

  • present a medical clearance, if requested, authorizing wellness massage.

Moyo Nuru Healing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if the client’s condition is deemed incompatible with the service, or if required medical information or clearance is missing, incomplete, or not appropriate.

The practitioner’s decision is final and taken in the interest of safety and professional responsibility.

4. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are requested via the website contact form or booking tools communicated by Moyo Nuru Healing.

All sessions are subject to confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods are:

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash

Payment terms (deposit, balance) are communicated at the time of booking.
A booking may require a deposit to confirm the appointment.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are communicated prior to confirmation.

In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid may be retained, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Practitioner’s Right to Refuse Service

Moyo Nuru Healing reserves the right to refuse or stop a session without refund if:

  • the client’s health condition is incompatible with the service,

  • required medical clearance is not provided or not considered valid,

  • the client provides false or incomplete health information,

  • the client behaves in an inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

8. Liability

The client remains fully responsible for their health condition and personal choices.

Moyo Nuru Healing cannot be held liable for any issue resulting from undisclosed or incorrect health information.

9. Personal Data & Confidentiality

Personal data collected (name, email, message, booking details) is used solely to:

  • respond to inquiries,

  • organize and manage appointments,

  • ensure proper follow-up of services.

Data is confidential and never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable law of the country where the service is provided at the time of the session.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will always be sought before any legal action.

Client Eligibility & Right to Refuse Service

The treatments and massages offered by Moyo Nuru Healing are non-therapeutic wellness services.
They are provided only when the client’s physical and mental condition is deemed suitable for this type of care.

Each client agrees to:

  • provide accurate and complete information regarding their health condition,

  • disclose any medical condition, ongoing treatment, or known contraindication,

  • present, if requested, a valid and appropriate medical clearance authorizing the practice of wellness massage.

Moyo Nuru Healing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session, without obligation to provide detailed justification, in the following cases:

  • absence of a medical clearance when required,

  • medical documentation considered incomplete or not suitable,

  • health conditions incompatible with the practice of wellness massage,

  • inaccurate, incomplete, or undisclosed health information,

  • any situation that may compromise the safety, well-being, or professional responsibility of the practitioner.

In such cases, no treatment will be performed.
Refund or deposit policies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
