A 90-minute Zenthai Shiatsu session combining mindful touch, pressure, stretching, and flowing movement to ease tension, support mobility, and help you reconnect with your body.
Before the session begins, we take time for a short consultation to understand how you feel, your lifestyle, physical activity, sleep, stress levels, and any areas of tension, sensitivity, injury, or discomfort.
Drawing on Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic-inspired bodywork, the session follows a whole-body approach, with extra attention to the areas that need it most. Rather than following a fixed sequence, each session is shaped around your needs.
Received fully clothed on a floor mat, the treatment combines gentle rocking, mindful pressure, supported stretches, and flowing movements. These techniques create space to explore movement, soften muscular tension, and settle into a slower rhythm, without rushing or forcing the body.
The pressure, pace, and range of movement are adapted to your comfort throughout. You are welcome to ask for adjustments, avoid a position, or pause at any time. There is no need to be flexible or have previous experience: your body is supported as it is.
A space to feel lighter, grounded, and more at ease, with greater awareness of your body and room to breathe.
